about the softball fund, im going to collect this wednesday.

girls!
we are going to have this routine and habit of sitting down having lunch as a team like the boys!
though we do not have as much manpower as the guys but i bet we can do the same thing as them!
you girls do not want to get complains from the guys and let them look down on us but you girls are taking things for granted!
you girls think that nic he scold you guys for not keeping equipment i help you all and scold him back because i trust you girls that we have intergrity.
but now it seems like you girls are not proving me!
from now on im not having mercy on anyone and im going to strengthen the training.
we are going to have PT every wednesday and fielding&batting every thursday.
so every thursday bring your cap and boots.
and every training bring 1.5L water bottle.
please wear training tee every day if possible.
if not make it every thursday to wear training tee.

we will have a routine on sitting together spending time with the team.

Timetable:
Every wednesday&thursday : After school have lunch together gathered together as a team.
Every monday&wednesday : Recess together with your teammate.

if any complain on not having to gathered together: will be reported to me and case by case reason and punishment will be applied.

this is not to force you guys but to bond you guys.
this is what other schools team routine they have. im not askig for much but jus 2days of your recess with the team and 2 days after school with your team.
and i really hope you will consider putting your teammate as a part of family.



Rules&Punishment are:
Do not be late for training or above time given for breaks. (1round of the field every min late)
No boots. (do PT no fielding)
No cap or bottle. (2rounds in field)
Shirt not tucked in when caught by captains or vice captain(10pushups)
